  • What payment methods can I use?
    We accept a variety of secure payment options for your convenience, including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and iDeal). In addition, you may complete your purchase using Google Payor Apple Pay.
  • I haven't received an order confirmation?
    If you placed an order in our store, we entered your email address together; your order confirmation should have been automatically sent to this email address. Therefore, please check your spam and promotions folders. If you haven't received confirmation, please get in touch with us, and we'll assist you further.
  • Can I use the lamp outside?
    No. The zuuk.one lamp is designed exclusively for indoor use. It is not waterproof, and exposure to moisture or outdoor conditions may cause damage. The lamp was specifically created for indoor environments to ensure both safety and durability.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Delivery times vary depending on your region or country. Each zuuk.one lamp is produced and shipped from the Netherlands. We strive to minimize delivery time and ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, without compromising quality or care in handling.
  • Can I return the product after delivery?
    Yes. As the buyer, you have the right to revoke the contract within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right, a formal revocation form must be submitted (available upon request from our customer service team). Once received, we will guide you through the return process in accordance with our return policy.
  • My order has not been delivered, what now?
    If your order has not been received, it must be reported to Zuuk.Design within 30 days of the original shipping date. Claims reported after this period cannot be accommodated.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Delivery charges vary depending on the destination: Netherlands: free shipping Europe: €50 Rest of the world: €100 These rates cover the safe and secure delivery of your zuuk.one lamp to your specified address.
  • My product has been delivered but is damaged, what now?
    We regret any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged item. To initiate a shipping damage claim, the issue must be reported within 10 business days of delivery. Please ensure that the original packaging is retained, as it is required to validate the claim. Additionally, the product must not be assembled, as assembly will void eligibility for a shipping damage claim. Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution.
  • Is every product exactly the same?
    No. Each zuuk.one is produced on demand, making every piece unique. While every lamp is crafted to meet the highest quality standards, small individual variations are a natural part of the production process, ensuring that each product is truly one of a kind.
  • Can I change the light intensity?
    Yes, zuuk.one features LED lighting as a sustainable light source. the lamp has an ON and OFF button which you can turn and dim the light to your preference.
  • Can I assemble the lamp myself?
    Yes, zuuk.one is designed in a way which allows for easy assembly with minimal tools. Clear instructions which you can find in the booklet attached to the package will guide you through assembling the lamp.
  • How is the lamp made and what is it made of?
    The production of zuuk.one is done on demand, resulting in Ron residual waste. The lamp is made from thermoplastics which are very suitable for recycling and thus very sustainable. The lamp is produced in-house using solar energy generated on-site.
  • Is the lamp made from reusable materials?
    Yes, zuuk.one is made entirely of recyclable materials. The light strip and ballast in the base is processed in such an away that they can be easily separated, allowing for simple reuse. Minimising waste starts in the design process.
  • What type of light source is included with the lamp?
    The zuuk.one lamp comes equipped with an LED strip COB light, providing a warm color temperature of 2700K. This ensures high-quality, energy-efficient illumination while creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
  • Is the product made only on demand?
    The availability of the lamp depends on current stock levels. Each piece requires approximately 200 hours to produce, and the number of units in stock is limited. Once the existing inventory is sold out, new lamps are made to order, which requires additional production time.
  • How do I clean and maintain my lamp?
    To preserve the finish and ensure safe operation, use a soft, dry cloth to clean the fixture. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents. Regular maintenance will help the lamp retain its appearance and function.
  • How much warranty do I get on my products?
    We provide a two-year warranty on our products (from the moment of delivery). See also our Terms and Conditions.
